The Harvest Lakes Housing Project is situated on Flourish Loop within the multi award winning Landcorp Development – Harvest Lakes in Atwell.

The site is ideally located adjoining a local shopping centre and within 150m of the local amenities and approximately 120m from Russell/ Gibbs Road Intersection, where construction of the new Aubin Grove train station is currently due to start for completion in 2016.

The development comprises 59 residential dwellings, providing a diverse range of accommodation types for a wide range of people and associated facilities.

The proposed 3-storey development has been designed to follow the “Harvest Edge Precinct” DAP- Design Guidelines previously prepared by leading home builders and consultants in the area of planning, environment and urban design, and are approved by the City of Cockburn.

A traditional construction methodology is proposed with concrete slabs spanning between double cavity masonry walls finished with painted render works and metal framed roofing in order to keep the build economical. Custom patterned perforated metal screens, glazed windows, glazed and metal balustrade and powdercoated steelwork make up the finishes palette creating a vibrant façade for the building
